Q: What insurances do you accept?A: We accept Medicaid, Medwaiver, and CMS. Private Insurances include: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, and UHC (must have out of network benefits).
Q: What is the rate for private pay clients? A: Our private pay rate is based on a sliding scale, with income used to determine fees.
Q: What type of therapy do you provide? A: We provide Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy to our home-based clients.
Q: Does Community Rehab provide services for Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation? A: No, we only provide speech, physical and occupational therapy services.
Q: What is Occupational therapy? A: Occupational therapy is designed to restore or maintain a patient’s ability to perform tasks used in daily living. It includes therapy to improve fine motor, visual motor, and visual perception skills. Sensory processing and integration functions are also included.
Q: How often are clients seen for therapy services? A: Frequency is decided by the therapist and based on assessment of the client’s needs during the initial evaluation process. Therapy is generally recommended for 60-minute sessions twice per week, but it is based upon how long the client can withstand therapy.
Q: What population do you service? A: We provide services to adult and pediatric clients with a variety of developmental delays and disorders.

Q: Where are your clients seen? A: In the home, daycare, adult day programs, group homes.
Q: What is the process for getting therapy services? A: Call or email the client coordinator: Farah Persad, 877-268-4329, Ext 117 or farah@commrehab.org. She will take the referral, verify the insurance information, and coordinate services based on therapist availability in that geographic area.
Q: What happens if a therapist is not available? A: The client is placed on a waiting list. The client remains on the waiting list until a therapist has an available vacancy.
